What is happening?
Notice pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27
Any person having any claim against or an interest in the estate of Robert David Chasmore late of Derwen, Cader Road, Dolgellau, Gwynedd who died on the 22nd March 2024 is required to send particulars of his or her claim interest to us, the Solicitors for the Executors, on or before 30th October 2025 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate having regard only to those claims and interests of which they will then have had notice.
