Section 27 GARETH EMRYS HUMPHREYS
PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 (Section 27), NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of GARETH EMRYS HUMPHREYS deceased late of 18 South Penrallt, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL55 1NS who died on the 10th of January 2025 and whose Will was proved in the Probate Registry on the 23rd of June 2025 by Beth Morgan of Pritchard Jones Lane LLP, the lawful attorney for the Executrix (the Attorney).
Are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors whose address is Pritchard Jones Lane LLP, 37 Castle Square, Caernarfon, in the County of Gwynedd, LL55 2NP on or before the 14th of October 2025 after which date the Executrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands have not had notice.
