IN THE ESTATE OF KATHLEEN MARGARET JONES DECEASED NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of KATHLEEN MARGARET JONES deceased of BELONG CREWE LTD BROOKHOUSE DRIVE CREWE CW2 6NA who died on the 7th January 2025 is required to send particulars thereof to the under-named Solicitors no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have had notice, and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice
