Section 27 MRS VALERIE MORGAN DECEASED
PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors or others having claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of VALERIE MORGAN late of 17 Rhys Evans Close Penrhyn Bay Llandudno Conwy LL30 3FJ who died on 7th July 2025 are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 17th October 2025 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
