What is happening?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in the estate of Chun Kit Tang, late of 17 Armstrong Close, Borehamwood, WD6 1RR, who died on 3rd July 2024, for an intention to submit an application for the Grant of Representation under s.116 Senior Courts Act 1981 by the mother of the deceased in the said deceased's estate.
We invite Ying Ting Wu to claim her interest in the said estate and is hereby required to contact the law firm representing the deceased's family on or before 8th of October 2025 . After this date, the mother of the deceased may proceed with the application of the Grant of Representation without regard to any claim or interest of which they have not then had notice.
