NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Cytec Industrial Materials (Derby) Limited Pension Plan

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 (1) of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of the Cytec Industrial Materials (Derby) Limited Pension Plan* (the “Cytec Industrial Materials Plan”), intends to wind up the Cytec Industrial Materials Plan following an assignment of policies into members’ own names.

Any person claiming a beneficial interest in the Cytec Industrial Materials Plan is requested to send details in writing of their claim or interest in the Cytec Industrial Materials Plan, including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and date of joining the Cytec Industrial Materials Plan (if known) to Adam Baxter, Senior Consulting Actuary, Goddard Perry Actuarial LLP at syensqo@gpactuarial.com within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After this date the Trustee will proceed to wind up the Cytec Industrial Materials Plan having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not be liable to any person of whose claim they had not had notice.

Please note that if you have received correspondence this year in relation to the assignment of your membership from the Cytec Industrial Materials Plan, you do not need to take any action in respect of this notice.
