WANDA MORTON WILLIAMS
PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 (Section 27), NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of WANDA MORTON WILLIAMS deceased late of Cerrig Yr Afon Nursing Home, Caernarfon Road, Y Felinheli, LL56 4NX who died on the 19th of September 2024 and whose Will was proved in the Probate Registry on the 17th of July 2025 by Beth Morgan of Pritchard Jones Lane LLP, the lawful attorney for the Executors (the Attorney).
Are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors whose address is Pritchard Jones Lane LLP, 37 Castle Square, Caernarfon, in the County of Gwynedd, LL55 2NP on or before the 13th of October 2025 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands have not had notice.
