What is happening?
Notice pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27
Any person having any claim against or an interest in the estate of David Griffiths late of 11 Maes y Plas, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Gwynedd who died on 29th March 2025 is required to send particulars of his or her claim interest to us, the Solicitors for the Executors, on or before 9th October 2025 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate having regard only to those claims and interests of which they will then have had notice.
