NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Derek Charles Painter late of 21 Clos Bryn Y Ddol, Welshpool, Powys who died on 13th March 2024 and Grant of Representations having been issued by the Principal Probate Registry on 19th February 2025 to the Executors Robert Kevin Painter and Rachel Elizabeth Painter are hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to Milwyn Jenkins Solicitors of Cranford House, 1 Severn Square, Newtown, Powys SY16 2AG, the Solicitors acting in the estate on or before the 18th September 2025 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they shall then have had notice.
