NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT: Irshad Ullah Tabib AT THE PREMISES KNOWN AS: Crispies, 253 Station Road, Harrow, HA1 2TB has applied to the London Borough of Harrow for a new premises licence: Opening Hours on the following days and times: Monday to Thursday 11:00–00:00 Friday and Saturday 11:00–02:00 Sunday 11:00–23:00. Licensable Area - Indoors. Late night refreshment on the following days and times: Monday to Thursday 23:00–00:00 Friday and Saturday 23:00–02:00.

Anyone wishing to make representations towards this application can do so by writing to the Head of Licensing, London Borough of Harrow, HCH, Central Depot, Forward Drive, HA3 8FL or by email to licensing@harrow.gov.uk. These representations must be made no later than 28 days from the date shown at the top of this notice. Representations must be based on one or more of the four licensing objectives: prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. Please note that any petitions must follow certain rules. Copies of the full representations (including personal details) will initially be sent to the applicant for their consideration. Persons making representations in respect of this application must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before the licensing committee of the council.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine of an unlimited amount.
