RE: MADELENE ROBERTS DECEASED
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
NOTICE is hereby given that any person having any claim against
or any interest in the Estate of Madelene Roberts of 7 Nant Lane
Morda Oswestry Shropshire SY10 0BX who died on the 20th day
of January 2025 and whose Last Will and Testament dated the
12th day of December 2005 was proved in the Principal Registry
on the 5th day of July 2025 by Mark Haddon Woodward is
required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors
on or before the 6th day of October 2025 after which date the said
Mark Haddon Woodward will proceed to distribute the Estate of the
deceased having regard only to any claim or any interest of which
they then have had notice and shall not be liable for the Estate
of the deceased so distributed to any person of whose claim or
interest he then has not had notice.
