What is happening?

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27(1) OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The J&H Bunn Limited Pension Fund (the “Fund”)

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Fund are winding up the Fund.

If you believe you have entitlement to a benefit from or an interest in the Fund i.e. because you are a former member or beneficiary or creditor then you are requested to write to the Trustees within two months from the date the notice is placed.

Claimants’ particulars should include their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of when they were members of the Fund or the period of employment to which their claim relates (or where they are claiming as a widow, widower, civil partner, child, dependant or other beneficiary of a deceased member, the membership or employment details of said member).

Copies of supporting documents should be sent to:

After the expiry of this notice, the Trustees will proceed to wind up the Fund. Benefits will only be provided to those persons whose valid claims and entitlements the Trustees have received notice of and it will not be liable to or in respect of any other person.

Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustees about this matter need not respond to this notice as the Trustees already have details of their claims and entitlements.
