Section 27 MR DWYFOR WILLIAMS DECEASED
PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors or others having claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of DWYFOR WILLIAMS deceased late of 7 Maes Yr Afon, Pentrefoelas, Betws-Y-Coed, Conwy, LL24 0LF who died on 15th June 2025 are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 26th September 2025 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
