NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27
TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Audrey Platt deceased late of Hollymere House Care Home, 72 Crewe Road, Haslington, Crewe, CW1 5QZ who died on the 2nd November 2024 is required to send particulars thereof to the under-named Solicitors no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have had notice, and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice Dated 23rd July 2025
