Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925
NOTICE is given that anyone having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named Deceased late of 65 Glan y Mor Road, Llandudno, Conwy, LL30 3PF who died on the 29th December 2024 is required to send particulars thereof to the Solicitors before 3rd September 2025 after which date the Executrix will distribute the estate having regard only to valid claims or interests notified.
