late of The Forge Care Centre, 287 Cowbridge Road West, Ely, Cardiff, CF5 5TD (formerly of Teakhill, 24 Lakeside Avenue, Llandrindod Wells, LD1 5NT) died on the 21 st October 2024 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned solicitors within two months of this advertisement after which the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
