What is happening?
Notice Under the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27
Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the Late David Walsh, of Dove Court Residential Home, Shuttleworth Street, Burnley, who died on the 15th of December 2023, are required to send written particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before 20th August 2025.
All debts and liabilities of the estate must be paid before distribution. After the expiration of the said period, the Executor will distribute assets of the estate, having regard only to claims of which they have notice.
