Section 27 IN THE ESTATE OF Gloria Eve Vivienne Worth DECEASED
NOTICE pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 is hereby given that any person having a claim or an interest in the estate of the late Gloria Eve Vivienne Worth of Chollacott Nursing Home 61 Whitchurch Road Tavistock Devon PL19 9BD who died on the 28th November 2024 and Grant of Probate to whose estate were granted by the Principal Registry of the Family Division on the 13th February 2025 to the executors Jacqueline King and Amanda Goodman of the said estate is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the undersigned solicitors for the executors on or before the 31st August 2025 after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the affairs of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled therein having regard only to their claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
