TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Christopher Terrance Rogers late of 12 Woodberry Close Moss Pitt Stafford Staffordshire ST17 9HL who died on 24 September 2022 is required to send particulars thereof to the undernamed Solicitors no later than 2 calendar months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Administrator will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which she has had notice, and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim she shall not then have had notice.
