Notice is hereby given pursuant to s. 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Paul David Homewood late of 102 Haywards Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 4JB, who died on 26 April 2024 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the administrator Margaret Homewood of the same address before 10 August 2025, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests then notified.
