Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925
NOTICE is given that anyone having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named Deceased late of Meddyg Care Dementia Home, Mona Terrace, Criccieth (formerly of 12 Gethin Terrace, Betws y Coed, Conwy, LL24 0BS ) who died on the 19th January 2025 is required to send particulars thereof to the Solicitors before the 14th July 2025 after which date the Executror will distribute the estate having regard only to valid claims or interests notified.
