What is happening?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice of application to Warrington Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence by Drink Dash Ltd, for Unit GIB6, Evans House, Norman Street, Warrington WA2 7HW to allow the (off) sale by retail of alcohol 2000 - 0700hrs Monday to Sunday.

A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council Town Hal, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Section (above) no later than 5 May 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
