MRS VIOLET ELIZABETH MARSDEN DECEASED
PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors or others having claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of VIOLET ELIZABETH MARSDEN deceased late of Treflys Care Home, Gloddaeth Avenue, Llandudno, Conwy, LL30 2DN (previously of 11 Bryn Castell, Llanfairfechan, Conwy, LL33 OHP) who died on 6th March 2025 are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 6th June 2025 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
