What is happening?

LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern: I, Shanmuganathan Gowrikanthan do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at The London Borough of Bromley for a variation of Premises Licence at: 45 – 47 Eldred Drive, Orpington BR5 4PE and known as – Eldred Drive Stores. The application is to: Sale of alcohol (off sales) – Monday to Sunday – 06:00 to 23:00.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing, London Borough of Bromley, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, and may also be sent via email to licensing@bromley.gov.uk not later than 14/04/2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours; or on the Council’s website: http://www.bromley.gov.uk/ (search applications).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary of conviction is unlimited.
