LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice Is hereby given that GUNGOR KARAASLAN has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Haringey for a Premises Licence to permit: Sale of alcohol off the premises 08:00 - 02:00 Monday -Thursday 08:00 - 03:00 Fridays Saturday 08:00 - 01:00 Sunday for the premises BLACK LION FOOD EXPRESS situated at 42 Topsfield Parade, Tottenham Lane, Crouch End, N8 8PT. A register of licensing applications can be inspected at by contacting Licensing Team at licensing@haringey.gov.uk. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to licensing@haringey.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 28/02/2025.
Copies of all valid representations must include your name and address and will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee, these will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
