Notice of application for a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Bleckmann Logistics UK Limited in respect of premises known as Bleckmann Logistics located at Hillmead Drive, Trinity Park, Swindon, SN5 5WB to Swindon Borough Council for a premises licence. The proposed application is to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 00:00am to 23:59pm on Mondays to Sundays, full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Swindon Borough Council, Licensing Office. Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JG where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority's normal opening hours or online by visiting their website www.swindon.gov.uk. Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority at the above address or to licensing@swindon.goy.uk no later than 28 February 2025, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
