Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above named, late of Boldmere Court Care Home, 350 Gravelly Lane, Birmingham, B23 5SB (Previously of Gold Care Homes, The Manor House, 1 Amblecote Avenue, Birmingham, B44 9AL; Hollywood Rest Home, 791 Chester Road, Birmingham, B24 0BX and 9 Oxford Road, Erdington, Birmingham, B23 6UX), who died on 11/08/2023, are required to send written particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before 14/04/2025, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
