Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Valen Joseph Thomas, late of 7 Cloncurry Gardens, Felixstowe, Suffolk, IP11 2QY, who died on 28.09.2024, is hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of his or her claim or interest to the undersigned, the solicitors acting on behalf of the personal representatives of the said deceased, on or before 18.02.2025, after which date the personal representatives will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
