Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925
NOTICE is given that anyone having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named Deceased late of High Pastures Nursing Home, Pentywyn Road, Deganwy, Conwy, LL31 9YT (formerly of Trefonnen, Llanddoged, Llanrwst, Conwy) who died on the 10th April 2023 is required to send particulars thereof to the Solicitors before the 3rd February 2025 after which date the Executors will distribute the estate having regard only to valid claims or interests notified.
