NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Robert Gillies McKenzie Thomson deceased late of 117 Aberdeen Street Birmingham B18 7DL who died on the 6th day of August 2024 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the Executor on or before 31st January 2025 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
