What is happening?
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
THE INNOSPEC LIMITED PENSION PLAN
(PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS THE ASSOCIATED OCTEL COMPANY LIMITED PENSION PLAN)
Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, to all parties who are, or were, members of the Plan that it is intended that the Plan will be wound-up in the near future.
The Trustees of the Plan believe that all members of the Plan and their benefits under it have been identified.
Any person claiming a beneficial interest in the Plan who has NOT been contacted in the last year in respect of their benefits as a member of the Plan, is requested to send details in writing of their claim or interest in the Plan, including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and date of joining the Plan (if known) to the Trustees of the Innospec Limited Pension Plan (the “Plan”) care of WTW via e-mail ILPP@wtwco.com or post PO Box 545, Redhill, RH1 1YX, UK no later than two months from date of this notice.
After this date, the Trustees of the Plan will proceed to wind up the Plan having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not be liable to any person whose claim of which they have not had notice.
