NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Rule 11.02 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991, it is my intention to declare a dividend to the unsecured creditors of Derek Winston Robert Allen (In Bankruptcy) within 4 weeks of 20th December 2024 (“the last date for proving”). Creditors who have not yet done so, are required on or before the last date for proving to submit their Proof of Debt to Brigid Napier, Trustee of Derek Winston Robert Allen (In Bankruptcy) c/o Napier Solicitors, 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast, BT1 5DF, by post or e-mail to kim@napiers.com and to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Trustee as necessary.
A creditor who has not proved their debt by 20th December 2024 will be excluded from the dividend and are not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the dividend, the distribution of the dividend.
