STATUTORY NOTICE TO CREDITORS, BENEFICIARIES AND OTHERS
In the estate of Thomas Robert Matchett late of Hockley Lodge Private Nursing Home of 11 Drumilly Road, Armagh, Co. Armagh, BT61 8RG and formerly of 14 Derrylileagh Road, Portadown, Co. Armagh, BT62 1TQ
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958 that all Creditors, Beneficiaries and other persons having any claims against or interest in the estate of the above named Deceased who died on the 22nd February 2022 are hereby required to send on or before the 8th February 2025 ,particulars of such claims or interests to the undersigned Solicitor for the Personal Representative of the Deceased. And Notice is hereby further given that after the 8th February 2025 the Personal Representative will proceed to convey or distribute the property of the said Deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars have been received.
