Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Francis Henry Jeavons late of 18 West Avenue, Worthing, West Sussex who died on 24th August 2024, is required to send particulars thereof in writing, to the Executors at 18 West Avenue, Worthing, BN11 5LU prior to 8th January 2025, after which date, the executors will distribute the estate among persons entitled thereto and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice.
