RE: JAMES WILLIAM STIRLING DECEASED
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of James William Stirling late of 4 Lune Avenue, Maghull, Merseyside, L31 9DX who died on the 31st May 2024 and whose Will was proved at the Principal Registry of the Family Division District Probate Registry on the 24th October 2024 to Colin Bennison and Lorraine Bennison the Executors named in the said Will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the Solicitors for the said Executors on or before the 5th January 2025 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice
