PROBATE CITATION: File No.2024-431 SURROGATE'S COURT - SCHENECTADY COUNTY CITATION THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, By the Grace of God Free and Independent TO: Unknown Heirs of ALEXANDER STEVENSON, JR.

If living and if dead, to his heirs at law, next of kin and distributes whose names and places of residence are unknown and if he died subsequent to the decedent herein, to his executors, administrators, legatees, devisees, assignees and successors in interest whose name and places of residence are unknown and to all other heirs at law, next of kin and distributes of ALEXANDER STEVENSON, JR., the decedent herein, whose names and places of residence are unknown and cannot after diligent inquiry be ascertained. A petition having been duly filed by, Lawrence Lavalee, who is domiciled at 2344 Cayuga Rd., Niskayuna, NY 12309, YOU ARE HEREBY CITED TO SHOW CAUSE before the Surrogate's Court, Schenectady County, at 612 State Street., Schenectady, New York, on Wednesday, December 18th at 10 o' clock in the forenoon of that day why a decree should not be made in the estate of Alexander Stevenson, Jr., lately domiciled at 3593 Guilderland Avenue, Rotterdam, New York 12306, admitting to probate a Will dated February 6, 2024,(a Codicil dated n/a) (a Codicil dated n/a)a copy of which is attached, as the Will of Alexander Stevenson, Jr., deceased, relating to real and personal property, and directing that Letters Testamentary issue to Lawrence Lavalee.
