Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925
NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of Ronald Allan Crombie late of 24 Meadowbank Walk, Stafford, ST16 1TA who died on the 27th day of March 2024 are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors whose address is 24-25 Gelliwastad Road, Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taff, CF37 2BW on or before 24th December 2024 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had full notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
