Section 27 NOTICE UNDER TRUSTEE ACT 1925 RE: MRS. MAIR WILLIAMS DECEASED
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of MAIR WILLIAMS late of 18 Hafod y Gest, High Street, Porthmadog, Gwynedd LL49 9NU who died on the 14th June 2024 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before the 13th December 2024 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have then had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
