NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section Twenty Seven of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against, or an interest in, the Estate of 

GLADYS AUDREY SMITH late of 26 Launceston Road, Walsall, WS5 3EB 

who died on 29th September 2023 is hereby required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Personal Representatives on or before the 20th November 2024. After this date the Personal Representatives will distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the person entitled thereto having regard only to the claim and interests of which they shall then have had notice. In respect of the assets of any part thereof so distributed, the Personal Representatives will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
