Formerly of 71 Braybon Avenue, Patcham, Brighton, BN1 8HH, who died on 05/06/2024, are required to send written particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before 15/10/2024, alter which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to me claims and interests of which they nave bad notice.
