Section 27 NOTICE UNDER TRUSTEE ACT 1925
RE: MR. JOHN HENRY WILLIAMS (Deceased)
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of JOHN HENRY WILLIAMS late of Dolfeirig, Llanddaniel, Gaerwen, Anglesey LL60 6HE and also of Blue Haven, Llanddaniel, Gaerwen, Anglesey LL60 6HE who died on the 27th August 2023 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before the 6th October 2024 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have then had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
