PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
RE: JOSEPHINE MOLPHY DECEASED
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Josephine Molphy late of 7 Meadow Brook Close, Fazakerley, Liverpool, L10 4UQ who died on the 10th October 2023 and whose Will was proved at the Principal Registry of the Family Division District Probate Registry on the 12th June 2024 to Susan Josephine Foster and Julie Elizabeth Smith the Executrices named in the said Will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the Solicitors for the said Executrices on or before the 1st October 2024 after which date the Executrices will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice
