PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
RE: FAY EVELYN FRANCES TRICKETT DECEASED
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Fay Evelyn Frances Trickett late of 30 The Paddock, Formby, Merseyside, L37 7HQ who died on the 14th September 2023 and whose Will was proved at the HMCTS Probate District Probate Registry on the 17th July 2024 to Simon John Leyland and Kristina Stoddern the Executors named in the said Will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the Solicitors for the said Executors on or before the 1st October 2024 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice
