number 1146792-2) (the Charity) gives notice of its
intention to: Enter into a lease of waterspace adj,
Shepcote Lane, Sheffield for a 25 year period with Sheffield
City Council. The area within the ownership of the
charity is shown red on the plan to this notice, which
can be viewed on the Charity’s web page

notices. Alternatively, a copy of the plan may be requested
in writing from the address stated below. Any
representations or comments in relation to the proposed
transaction should be sent for consideration to the following
address by no later than one month from the date of
