NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Lee Glover has applied for a premises licence to Licensing Authority for Swindon in relation to Better Bargains, Biz Space, Unit 84, Cheney manor industrial estate, Swindon, SN2 2PJ to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday 10:00hrs to 18:00hrs. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH or by email: licensing@swindon.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 2307/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
