RE: June Hilary Patricia Dyson Deceased
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of June Hilary Patricia Dyson Also known as Patricia Dyson late of 64 Philips Lane, Formby, Liverpool, L37 4BQ who died on the 18th November 2023 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the Solicitors for the said Executor on or before the 9th September 2024 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
