Section 27 IN THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL ANTHONY CALLAGHAN DECEASED NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Michael Anthony Callaghan deceased of 64 Coppice Road, Willaston, Nantwich, CW5 6QD who died on 15TH January 2024 is required to send particulars thereof to the under-named Solicitors no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have had notice, and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice
