We Proper Leisure Ltd give notice that we have applied to Somerset Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a premises licence in respect of Proper Leisure Ltd, The Big 90s Festival, Oktoberfest & LIttle Feet Family Festival, Taunton Racecourse, Orchard Portman, Taunton, Somerset. TA3 7BL
The application is for the sale of alcohol until 22:30 and Live and Recorded Music between 17:00 until 23:00 on 4th & 5th October 2024.
The sale of alcohol until 17:30 and Live and Recorded Music between 12:00 until 18:00 on 6th October 2024
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection to Licensing Department, Somerset Council, Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton, TA1 1HE
or email somersetwestenquiries@somerset.gov.uk no later than 28 June 2024
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Details are also at www.somerset.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 123 2224.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
