PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Section 27 Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of David John Rooke of 3-4 Meyrick Square, Dolgellau, Gwynedd LL40 1LT who died on the 22nd November 2023 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his/her claim or interest to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Executor on or before the 19th July 2024 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or interests he then has not had notice.
