NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISE LICENCE UNDER LICENSING ACT 2003

South Kesteven District Council gives notice of an application made to them for a Major variation of the Premises Licence in respect of the above premises.

The proposed application is as follows: -

• Extension of the Licensable area
• Late Night refreshment Friday & Saturday 23:00 until 00:00
• Sale of Alcohol Monday to Thursday & Sunday 12:00 until 23:00, Friday & Saturday 12:00 until 00:00

The application will be available for inspection by request to the licensing Team at South Kesteven District Council.

All representations made by any persons or responsible authorities to the Licensing Authority must be in writing, on the appropriate form available on our website to the Grantham office at Licensing Team, Council Offices, The Picture House, St Catherine’s Road, Grantham, NG31 6TT or via email to licensing@southkesteven.gov.uk
